Is the collector endpoint editable?

No. The plugin uses https://capitracker.com/collect.php so stores cannot accidentally send events to the wrong endpoint.

What does the client site need?

Open Settings, choose the business, then copy the business ID into the WooCommerce or Shopify integration.

Can one admin manage multiple stores?

Yes. Admin users can see and edit all businesses from the same dashboard.

Does it support Shopify?

Yes. Shopify uses a Custom Pixel from Customer events. WooCommerce uses a WordPress plugin.
